We work hard to create great camps, to be fair with our instructors and other partners, and to provide excellent service to our customers.  Our deposit and cancellation policies are designed to accommodate everyone's needs: our customers', our instructors', and ours.  Thanks for your understanding.

Price: The price is $239 per person for the camp plus an additional $40 for optional snowboard and boot rental.

Recommended Ages: Zephyr Camp Snowboard is designed for adults and families. In other words, kids under age 18 are welcome but must be accompanied by a participating adult. We recommend kids be age 12 or older to participate in the camp.

Included: Zephyr Camp Snowboard includes:

• 6 hours of instruction from a certified American Association of Snowboard Instructors (AASI) instructor over a two-day period
• Two full-day lift tickets
• Small group sizes
• The opportunity to try a Leedom Helmet for two days
• A Progress Report diagnosing your own learning and suggested future efforts in snowboarding
• Electronic Pre-Camp Packet of information
• Zephyr Camp Snowboard gift

Students who pay for snowboard and boot rental will have notification of their boot size and height sent to the snowboard rental shop in advance to assure the proper equipment is reserved. Each student is responsible for picking up and returning their rented snowboard equipment to the proper rental shop. Not included is transportation to and from the Camp location, lodging, meals, and personal expenditures.

Deposits and Payments: Registering for Zephyr Camp Snowboard requires payment of the $239 or $279 fee, payable by any major credit card.

Cancellations: If you cancel your reservation with 15 days or more advance notice, you can apply your payment to another Zephyr Camp Snowboard (or any Adventure run by Zephyr Adventures) in the same calendar year or the year following. If you cancel with 14 or fewer days advance notice, you forfeit all payments made. However, in this case you can choose to transfer your spot at Zephyr Camp Snowboard to another person who will attend the same camp, as long as you notify us in advance. Please do not ask us to make exceptions; our Camps are often full and a late cancellation means we have lost the opportunity to give your spot to someone else. We reserve the right to cancel a Camp and you will receive a full refund in this case.

Poor Weather or Lift Closures: All Zephyr Camp Snowboard Weekends have a scheduled backup date taking place on the weekend following the scheduled weekend. If one or both days of the original Camp are cancelled due to poor weather or resort closure, we will reschedule the missed day during the backup weekend. Please keep this date reserved on your schedule. In the event you are not able to make the makeup date, you will receive a credit for either 50% (one day missed) or 100% (two days missed) of the camp fee good on any Zephyr Camp Snowboard or Zephyr Adventures trip in the same calendar year or the year following. To receive your credit, you must let us know before the scheduled Camp date if you cannot attend the backup dates.

Pre-Camp Information: After we receive your deposit we will send you a packet with detailed information including equipment recommendations, links to our sponsors sites for discounted rates, how to prepare for the camp, and details on the Camp itself.

Kids: We welcome youth ages 12 and up at our Camps when accompanied by a participating adult. We are unable to have kids attend the camp if a participating adult is not in attendance.
